High pitched noise/screetch when car is in reverse?

Must have done something offroading yesterday, any ideas or what to check? The noise sounds just like the high pitched screetch when your brake pads are low/bad. Only experiencing this in reverse though. Got under the truck to wash off the mud and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Check the E-brake

Check to see if there's anything stuck in or around the brakes on all four corners. Might have picked up something on the trails.

Think it was the e-brake. Does anyone know where exactly that's located under the car? I had my girlfriend pump the e-brake up and down while I sprayed off any remaining mud I still had caked up under the truck, seemed to take care of it and everything is back to normal. Now I have to take care of some of the trail carnage from yesterday....
