Alright-I'm a NEWBIE only when it comes to OBD's!!
I rarely get check engine lights 'cause I take care of my cars, but when I do off to the dealer it goes.
ABOUT TIME (I'm old enough to remember the art of points, condensors and setting timing by gut)! I always thought code readers were EXPENSIVE but I got my new ScanGauge-AWESOME (still should cost 99 bucks)!
I searched for a glossary of trouble codes (hopefully TOYOTA FJ, not "generic") and can't seem to find one...
('scuse me if this is a dumb question but nothing seemed to show up in the forum search & google had older model codes)
If the codes you're referring to are the same as the ECU DTC codes, you can find them in the Introduction section under "How to Troubleshoot ECU Controlled Systems."

Anybody help?
Thnks
I still haven't been able to find a copy of the Toyota 2007 OBDII specific codes yet, even in the repair manual in the sections they should be in.
If someone can find them, it would be a good idea to post them here in a sticky up top.
