Re: uncomfortable seat

I find them very comfortable. However, the lumbar support I ordered with my Wet Okole's really helps on long trips.

Re: uncomfortable seat

I've got degenerative arthritis in my spine and I find the FJC to be one of the most comfortable seats I have sat in in the last 5 years.

Re: uncomfortable seat

I like the seats.
However, as a point of info. and to help the original poster, does anyone know of a padded cover or cushion for the seat bottom (only) that would provide additional padding?

Re: uncomfortable seat

My wife finds the driver seat TOO comfortable- dozes off after about 45 min. Can't let her drive on long trips!

Re: uncomfortable seat

I have found FJ Driver's seat to be the 2nd most uncomfortable driver's seat ever if it is adjusted wrong. I have also found it to be great if I adjust it correctly. Some small changes with seat height seem to do the most for me.

Re: uncomfortable seat

I like the seats allot. I have leather with lumbar support but I have driven my friend fj with the normal seats and they are very comfortable too.

Re: uncomfortable seat

I just took my first road trip for work (1700 miles in 2 days) I must say that I know it is me becasue I have a very bad back but after about 2 hours my back was dying. I actually looked for some lumbar support in Montana but there was nothing that I could see that was worthwhile. I am now on a quest for this here in SLC. Pain and all though I loved to drive it. Oh I forgot that every car kills my back with the exception of my wifes Yukon that I ahve driven.
