Shift into HardCore wheeling

I am never going to live this down with the wife, but I did it. I order a keg tap for Hardcore hard cider from ebay. Thread it for the TC shifter and now I can shift into Hardcore....

cool idea! looks like maybe your kids got wild with the stickers in there. (or maybe you're just a kid at heart?)

Re: Shift into HardCore wheeling

I guess I am just a kid at heart, who is hyped up on caffeine. The sticks came off the coffee lids from a local Moca shop.

Re: Shift into HardCore wheeling

Oh man! That's awesome. I want to be able to shift into "Hardcore". Nice job...I can't wait to see it.

Re: Shift into HardCore wheeling

I took "vorpal" for a test drive and heard a strange sound. It seems that my new shifter makes more noise. The handle is on tight. I can hold the handle and the noise didn't change. If I place my hand flat on the wooden face of the tap handle, then the pitch changes.. Any one has suggestions on what I might be able to do to quite the handle? Maybe it will my only used for special occasions.
