Re: 6x6 or 6x4

I like it (except for the junk on top) looks like one of those six wheeled Mecedes from WWII. If it was a convertable then you'd have something. Hogan's Heroes anyone?

Re: 6x6 or 6x4

It's a photoshop image.

There's only one rear wheel on the far side (photoshop goof).

The shadow pattern between the leading and following rear wheel visualized are different yet they're in approximately the same conditions.

The following wheel is a copy of the one next to it. The lugs are in exactly the same position as are the details of the faux beadlocks.

I suspect that they stretched the image and then put the front of the two wheels in as a filler. I say this because the rear shadow is very similar to the one seen under the car on the opposite side, while the other is not.

Whatever they put on top is to distract your eye.

Which factory package was this third axle included in?

Image:Toyota FJ Cruiser with third axle.jpg

Anyone know if this axle is live or just a dead follower axle?

Just curious.

I have seen a lot of FJs with full graphics wraps lately though.

CarFax has a couple yellow ones floating around the DC Metro Area that I've seen.

Nope. Its real. The reason your only seeing 5 wheels is because of the angle.
I saw this thing on the freeway a while back. I saw it going the opisite way on the free way. Acording to the degree web site, they have a mobile tour going on, so this must the the vehicle that shows up. The main point of this thing is to donothing more than atract attention to its product. Weather you like it or not, its defenatly done its job of doing that.

Re: 6x6 or 6x4

Could it be built by the same folks who build the 6x6 Hummer that is on Pinks?
