please help me fellow fjers!

can anyone please tell me what this bent part is called? and how serious is it, and is there any aftermarket part to beef it up?

Are you sure it is bent and not just swiveled to one side? I don't recall many problems with the rear links.

Sway Bar Link,,but I can't see that its bent in your picture,it just looks rotated to me.

rear sway bar link hmmmm. excellent. now all pro makes a front sway bar link. Does anyone know if the rears would accept the same product? And also if this rear sway bar link should fail, what would happen.

The front would not work on the rear and as far as I know, no one makes an aftermarket rear link. They don't seem to fail very much.

If the link failed while you were cornering at speed, it "could" cause you to loose control. You would get a sudden body roll and weight shift and if you were going fast enough or turning sharp enough you may not be able to react in time. At slow speeds or offroad it probably wouldn't be a big deal and most likely wouldn't damage anything...unlike the fronts which take the CV boot with them.
