Well shucks, if anyone needs a registration slot or a room, I might be able to accommodate.
I hope that doesn't mean you found out that you can't go now.

Guess i am not sure what you mean by this. Are you gonna miss the biggest FJ event in the world? We'd really miss ya!

Registration is non transferable. We don't want anybody selling registrations on Ebay, so we will not honor transferred registrations. Only the name on the registration will work.

Nope, I've been planning to since I was there last year, but I thought I might try to accommodate others who want to go and are having difficulty, but I guess that's not an option.

I'm sorely disappointed to feel so unwelcome in my own back yard. Sarcasm doesn't befit a host, but I suppose I am a victim of my own ill-conceived wit. I thought I'd try to accommodate others who want to go and are having difficulty since I am now reconsidering. My apologies.

If I may speak for Tim and all the hosts for just a second, their attitude could be the leftover frustration of an incident that happened a couple of weeks ago. There were a few people raising a fuss about the registration being closed and they threatened to crash the Summit.

That didn't sit well with anyone.

Of course we'd love to see you at the Summit! It's going to be the event of the year.

First of all . I have no ill will toward you. You are misinterpreting me and I am doing a poor job of communicating to you. My comments are directed at discouraging people "just showing up" in Ouray, not you personally. We have discussed in several threads the potential negative impact this will have.

fjcruzer123, I apologize if I said something to offend you and I hope we can find a positive turn to this.

Additionally, I have spent the better part of my free time the last two weeks accommodating EVERY single person that has emailed requesting registration. Fifty emails sent out ten days ago ( 30 registered) and we have six more emails going out tomorrow to people who have asked to be included. I can truthfully say we are at the limit. But continue to request people email me if they want a shot at registration.

Regarding accommodating people and welcoming them to Colorado, assisting with lodging, info etc., ... Please , I encourage you and invite your enthusiasm and helpful input.

So please RECONSIDER again. No ill will here...I look forward to having a beer with you in Ouray!

Thank you both, I've been a bit touchy myself the last few weeks (would it stop freakin' snowing already???!!) I look forward to seeing you all there and reconciling my relationship with Poughkeepsie Gulch

who's gonna win this time?

As a sidenote though - you were the talk of the town last year - everyone was talking about the "blue FJ with major side carnage"
