A simple Question

no jokes wanted, just a truthful answer

Will I be able to bring my Jeep to this event and wheel it on the trail runs?

thanks
Uh, seriously? Well, truthful answer - yes, jeeps are fully capable of wheeling on the trail runs.

Should you bring it to the FJ Summit.....your call I suppose.....

couple other 'Simple Questions'

My bro in law wants to go with his FJ60....is that ok?? I didn't noticed non-FJCs in last year's summit photos. I just need clarification.

And what is the closest major airport to that place?....this might provoke a question from others

thanks in advance

The closest major hub airport is Denver; however, Grand Junction is closer and served by major airlines, just not a hub airport.

I would say yes on the FJ60 - it's an FJ! And no on the Jeep. Ouray is currently (for now anyway...) "Jeep Capitol of the World", bring your jeep some other time of year, like to the Jeep Jamboree or something.....Just my opinion.....

Last year there was a couple non FJ's there but they ether didn't have an FJ like 4RnJr or had to rent a car like Bostonian because of travel and having to do the planning.

If you have an FJ I don't see the reason on why you would want to bring something else it just doesn't make sense any way you look at it. If you don't have an FJ I say come any way. But I am not part of the organizers of this event so what I am saying might not mean anything.

'07 was $75 for one person and $90 for two, so I'm thinking about the same.......if anything I would say it might be either a bit more or a bit less.....

Thanks Kat, but what do the registration costs go toward? Why more for two people? Thanks again! Much appreciated.

They go towards the insurance, food costs, etc, the technical stuff and then some went to local Ouray charities as well.

We got two dinners included and one breakfast (for the first 200 people-i think-on the last day).

The second person was $15 basically to cover food.

With there being an extra day this year, I'm not sure which meals will be included.

I might be forgetting some other things that the expense covered. Oh the driver got a shirt and one raffle ticket.....

Anyone think of anything I am missing?
