my latest favorite is beamish, see my avatar
Beamish is far superior to Guiness IMO...love it!

Is this still going on? I'd be happy to bring along some AZ specific brew house beers...Nimbus out of Tucson (their Brown Ale is one of my current faves), Four Peaks (has special seasonal beers that usually sell out the first week...if you are ever here in the fall try the pumpkin porter), and Oak Creek Brewery (haven't had a bad beer here yet).

Re: Beer Swap Thread!!

I’m in New Hampshire, and I was planning on bringing some “Wood Chuck” Hard Cider, (sort of like a sweet appley beer) It’s made in Vermont, and I don’t think it gets too far from there boarder, anyone interested?

Re: Beer Swap Thread!!

I'm bringing 4 peaks kiltlifter and 8th street pale ale - two local brews to where I live.

I'm hoping to contribute 2-3 six packs and leave with 2-3 six packs of a summit sampler of beers I can't buy at the local grocery store.

Re: Beer Swap Thread!!

I think somewhere in the middle of this thread it was going to be organised when we get there. So if you see someone with a case of beer under his arm looking really lost asking where to trade some beer, that'll probably be me.....

Re: Beer Swap Thread!!

A recent study found the average American walks about 900 miles a year.

Another study found Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year.

That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Makes You Damn Proud To Be An American!!!

What up MM? The only beer I could bring is stuff that can be had up there anyway. I'm thinking I'll have to get a batch of home brew going when I get back from Flagstaff. Maybe a nice Hefe Weizenwith with lemon zest?

Beer are make me smarter

Got us a convoy of 3 coming in Wednesday early afternoon I think. It'll take a few minutes to get the trailer setup and all.

Re: Beer Swap Thread!!

Ok, since Aslan is bringing the Four Peaks goods I'll see about bringing up the Nimbus and Oak Creek and whatever else local I can find. I'll try to mix it up, so I should have 2-3 6 packs as well.

We will be there by Tuesday afternoon, so someone make an announcement about this thing!
