Nice! I got a couple requests for PM's with more info. The problem is that I can't check my work email here at home, and I will be out of town until Sunday. Anyone who wants more info, I will send it Monday. I should have details of the layout of the house, pictures, etc.

-be sure to read/talk over the agreement very well. We lost part of our deposit over what ended up being a miscommunication/misunderstanding.
