Will there be registration at Ouray? I registered there last year and had a great time... don't really want to miss what is sure to be a great experience and really want to make this a yearly tradition for myself and my son.
Is there going to be an official wait list for procrastinators?

I asked both of the questions already and did get an answer:
1) no
2) no
That being said I have reservations at the Best Western and my friends just bought a house in Telluride so I and my family are going. I have found others that missed the registration and are going as well. If you are going and are not registered you can not go on the trail runs with the registered members but you can go with us. All the trails are open to the public. I have had peoplel PM me to say they were there last year and had a blast. They ended up going on trail runs with groups they set up and plan on doing the same this year. PM me if you want to get on our trail run.
I look forward to have an great time in Ouray and meeting lots of new people.

I'm totally game for anything. I'm sure it is a big place and can't imagine it being too crowded to have fun.
Let us know!
I certainly won't argue with the having fun bit ...but it's really a very small place. Last year groups did bump into each other on the trails, and there were non-summit groups on the trails as well. And in town itself, there were times when things felt pretty busy with all the FJs around.
One of the reasons that there's a limit on the number of folks registered is that the town isn't capable of handling too many people. It's important to be good guests.
