Reminder about Altitude + Alcohol
All,

If you choose to drink in Ouray, please please remember that it will affect you MUCH more differently than normal if you're a flat-lander like myself.

Last year I had about 1.5 beers before it really hit me - of course I was exhausted, etc etc.....but...

anyway, something to keep in mind. It'll also dehydrate you and you need LOTS more hydration at this altitude...

Good points, have been campin up there for over 35 years and as wet as it is, it'll dry you just as fast as the desert.
