I've got a rough country 3" lift, Man-A-Fre sliders, Goodyear MT/R's in a 285-70-17 and a stereo system. I go out to the Rio Puerco quite often with a group of Jeeps.

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers
I had previously posted a short report w/ a photo of wheeling in the San Pedro Mountains in Santa Fe County last month, in a different part of the forum: New Mexico wheeling

Kevin's Corral,
How do you like the Rough Country 3" lift. I will probably lift mine sometime in the next few months but I have not decided on which lift to buy. The lift looks good on your FJ. Perhaps sometime I could arrange to meet up with you in Albuquerque. chris

I like it. It's like riding a lazy boy on wheels. The suspension is still nice and compliant for rock crawling articulation.
I'd be more than happy to show you it if you're in town.
