breather question from a newbie

Hi I have a 07 FJ 4WD automagic. While running the breather lines (front, rear diff and the tranny) in my 92 4runner i was going to do the same for my FJ.

I know i need the breather line run for the rear diff but it seems like there are already two breather lines that's in place in the engine compartment.

so my questions: are they breather valves or am i mistaken them for some else? are they for the tranny and the front diff?

Sorry i'm too lazy to take off the skid plate to look
