Smile Black Rims

Anyone knows, where to get the factory black steel rims except the dealer, who wants to charge me 160/pc?

I would shop around. There is a vendor section in the forum that you could try. Get the part number and google it. I like The Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels to obtain information about tires, rims, etc.

It seems to me many of the online stores are click and bricks and are related/colocated with dealerships. But prices do vary throughout the states.

Have you tried:

TRD

https://shop.fjcruiseroffroad.com/

I have purchased from these two and had no issues. Sometimes a part might not be listed but they can get it for you.

A friend of friend has this site:
Adrenaline Off Road Home

He might be able to get you something.
