FJ OWNERS! What dont you like about your FJ?

The stock tires are weak unless you're never going to drive offroad or in the snow. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints!

Dont get me wrong, I love my FJ, but I'm not one of the guys who will tell you that I like everything about it. Overall I am very happy with the vehicle. But heres my list of what could be done better.

1. Lack of sunroof option.
2. I dont like the fact that the rear passenger windows dont open.
3. Wish the rear seats folded FLAT!!
4. Wished the rear seats reclined (like how they do in the much cheaper SCION tc).
5. Wish the rear tail lights were flush
6. Wish that everyone got some better stock tires.
7. Passenger armrest should be standard equipment

Some modding suggestions for you P3rv3rs3!
1. Sawzall and acryllic!
2. You mean there's actually glass there?
3. Take the head rests out. They fold flat. Either that or have a fat guy sit on it!
4. No need for taillights if you stop using that brake thingy.
5. Do a few brake torques in a bleach box to burn them up! Good excuse to get some aggressive A/T's!
6. Remove passenger seat to allow room for more toys in cabin.

I also can't see out the back. Someday I am going to run over a kid. Luckily it has a enough clearance they will probably not die.

Seriously........the best, most fun car I have owned. Not to mention it is a Toyota so in 10 years I might still be beating on it.

I hate it when people ask that question. I have the same answer on the other post's asking the exact same question.

A quick wipe on the wipers. Its either on or off.

A/T stock tires (Who the hell puts highway tires on an obvious made-for-off road vehicle?!?)

Better dome light.

Lack of an electric seat adjustment with more adjustment room.

Front seats only fold about 3" forward.

No 2nd hot point (cigarette lighter)

random Idle spike (due to compressor turning on and off) when defrosters or A/C is on.

"Soft" glass (though my BMW was the same way...)

FWIW, I love the gas mileage....averaged 20 mpg to Portland last Friday. 17.5 overall (50/50 city/highway)
