Rear left Bumper Silver Plastic Part

I think someone dinged up my bumper . You know in the rear left silver piece that sticks out. it has little black spots where the plastic has chipped off.

Anybody know how to fix that? Without paying a body shop? or is the body shop the best way to go?

I figure there was a special way to fix or seal the plastic and then you have to match the paint extra etc. Looks like little tiny specs . Kind of like a buckshot haha if that's makes any sense. I will post a photo later when i get back from work. Seems to be just a surface / cosmetic though .

I have one with a deep "pin stripe" now. I was in Vegas and the flippin valet must have done it. I did not notice until I left the property so my claim might not be approved.
