Last week, the day I got my FJ, I parked it under some trees for the night...since then, I have had little clear spots all over my windshield that are distracting as heck when driving a night...I'm 100% sure it's sap, and the normal washing car routine isn't working, what will easily get this stuff off?
Rubbing alcohol. Do a small section at a time and be sure to use enough and change your paper towel often or you'll just spread it( the sap ) around in a thin layer. Good luck.

Agreed, this will take the sap off any part of your FJ
I had some Goo-Gone so I tried it...I can't tell if it's gone or not since the easiest time to see it is at night when the lights outside shine through your windshield...I'll report back later tonight on the results.
