Remote control problem

Hello, I have a late 2007 Titanium FJ with 1375 miles on the meter. Yesterday, I used my remote to open the door by pushing the unlock button but it did'nt work, so i just used the keys. This morning I was able to use the unlock button on the remote to open the doors but when I use the Lock button to lock the doors , all i hear is a long beeping sound and it won't lock.

And the door open light won't switch off. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks.

Re: Remote control problem

What you describe sounds like one of the doors are ajar. Being that isn't the case it might have a bad or sticking/malfunctioning door switch.

Just a guess on my part. Take that bad boy back to the dealer n have it fixed.
