1 dumb question about all pro bull bar

I have the all pro front bumper and my bull bar finally arrived. it came with a bag of bolts which is easy to figure out what to do however, what the hell is the 2 plates for? are they suppose to go behind the bumper to add more strength while bolting on the bull bar?

thanks

Unless they've changed it since mine... the two plates, if you look closely, have the holes threaded. There are no nut's with your hardware package. They go under the top side of the bumper, and that's what your bar bolts to.

x2 they are for bolting the bull bar, take your measurement carefully for drilling the holes the plates arent always centered on the bull bar.
