OEM Air dam with lights

If you decide to add the Toyota air dam with the lights onto the front of your rack, how are the lights connected?

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

They come with everything you need to install including the switch.
I had the dealer install it for me so i can't help you there. I know you will have to do some drilling,so if you are not sure of yourself take it to the dealer just to be safe.

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

If you don't mind me asking...what did you pay for the air dam with lights and the install?

Thanks,

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

I installed mine myself. It does require a few specialized tools. Not to mention you have to lower the front of the headliner, and remove the console to install the switch. It comes with good instructions and all the parts. Cutting the hole in the roof made me sick to my stomach, but I got over it. Give yourself a couple hours to do the job. Good luck!!!

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

I couldn't do it myself. I would probably go through the dealer.

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

I like the way the air dam with the lights look. My only problem would be getting past the cutting part for the wiring.

Good luck if you decide to do this, post up some pics afterwards.

Re: OEM Air dam with lights

For those that already have the dam with the lights...do you get any wind noise off the lights at higher speeds?
