Unhappy Excluding posts from RSS feed

I know you can exclude certain posts or members from new posts in your browser (which I have activated) but they still pop up on the RSS feed. Anybody know of a piece of code you can add to the feeds URL to exclude certain values ie: ebay poster?
I'm tired of wading through scores of ebay ads to read the forum posts and topics I'm interested in.

Frustrated.

Re: Excluding posts from RSS feed

I don't use RSS, find it somewhat pointless, but there is a way to only read the RSS feed for forums you are subscribed to. It will take come playing around. What reader are you using?

Re: Excluding posts from RSS feed

hi
I use Safari, RSS is usefull for me as I use my iPhone to browse the feeds when I'm on the road away from my main computer. RSS is fast and easy to read on a tiny screen.
