The sandstorm is probably the best in hiding scratches...

i am sure that sandstorm would hide scratches pretty well, but i used to detail cars as well, that is why i chose silver, i have about three chips (six including the ones in the windshield) and they don't show unless you are ontop of them...
i agree, black is a pain if you are a perfectionist...
