Machine tightened parts can be a pain. Had that happen once when I took one of my other cars to Costco for a balance and rotation and they over torqued the lugs.
Corrosion around the hub (centric) area is the primary cause of stucked (specially steel) wheel.
A hard kick on the tire or good whack with a rubber mallet usually gets them loose.

WD 40(penetrating oil) sprayed as best you can on the mounting surface where the rim meets the hub......wait five minutes and they will come off super deluxe easy.....No stress. Aluminum wheels to that all the time.....Especially Toyota and Honda for some reason.

I get nervous beating the wheel/tire while the truck is in the air, so I normally remove all the lugs then thread them back on about 4 or 5 turns then drive the truck back and fourth a couple of times a few feet, very slowly and softly then jack her up and they fall right off..
X2. I've used this technique a number of times on old FJ40s with "fused"-on wheels, and the slight weight of the truck will easily (and safely) break the fuse.
But, like 04e46conv said, VERY slowly and softly when lowering the jack.

With the lug nuts all off I would pitch the FJ into a hard corner at like 40MPH. I bet that will get them stubborn wheels off no problem.
And remember . . . . sharp left turn to get the right side wheels off, and sharp right turn to get the left side off.
I agree, regarding the anti-sieze compound. Put a thin coat of it on the hub where it meets the rim, and that helps prevent stickage. Put too much on, and it could travel up the rotor, then you'll have some real fun applying the brakes.
BTW, WD-40 should be used as a lubricant, not as penetrating oil (you'll be waiting a long time if you're using it for that). There are other products that do the job properly, such as K&W Knock 'Er Loose, or Gunk's penetrating oil product...

lol...After climbing under my old truck and beating on the alloy wheel enough that I was afraid of damaging the wheel WD 40 worked fine.....Now as far as time. I had moved the truck off the pavement in the driveway....down onto gravel. Climbed under and soaked all four wheels and hubs from behind and then wiped off what dripped off before going back onto the pavement and jacking up the first wheel.....So yeah I suppose it was 15 minutes or so.....But they all slid off without much more than a thump with my shoulder.
After that I generally smeared a bit of bearing grease around the mating surface....Never happened again in 8 years.
