Body Work Q

I have an FJ, but this is a general Toyota question:

My wife backed out of the driveway on Saturday, directly into a vehicle parked in our driveway. Sweet.

Damage to the 4Runner is pretty minor, I think I can probably just order a new rear left bumper piece and replace it myself, and save the insurance hassles.

Any idea how to most cost effectively order this? Is there a "book" somewhere with part numbers for body parts?

Thanks!

If my wife and kids are reading this, tube doors would make a GREAT Father's Day present....
