No BFG's unless you get the TRD 16" Wheel package. The UP and UR packages still have the crappy Bridgestone Duellers or the Dunlop Grandtreks. Other than that, sounds like you have the idea. The 16" TRD Wheels will give you more sidewall since they are 16's, however, it's a very spendy option. I like the look, though.
Thanks - that's pretty much what I needed to hear; I'll do some forum searches for aftermarket solutions; I'm sure everyone has their opinion on what works best.

1. No, 'cause you can order just the alloys as a stand-alone option... I don't know if you can/will find any FJ's with just the alloys and not the upgrade 1 or 2 package unless someone cancels their order. You can order just the alloys if you want to special order.
Thats wierd. My dealer told me it was almost impossible to find an FJ WITH steel wheels. Mine is coming with CQ and AL. She tried to find me the steel wheels, but had NO luck AT ALL. Oh well, i guess i'll live w. the alloys until i can afford some 16's.

edit: maybe it has something to do with location?

In FL......

Is the FJ with 18's a 2wd???

.
2 WD. No need for 4 in Florida. Well, then again, it would come in handy climbing over fallen trees after a hurricane! !
