backdoor rattle

Racer - I have just recently developed the same rattle that goes away if I lower the passenger rear seat. Have you fixed it yet? Did it eliminate the noise?

I've got a annoying rattle sound...it sounds like it's coming from the back door.

No, it's the back door-trust me. Just too much play. I drive rough roads at high speeds. I've gotten used to it ( for better or worse)

Picked up my FJ two days ago and noticed that right away.. Only when you go over considerable bumps the driver side back door makes a noise like something is loose in there and banging against something else..

Roof Rack seems to be really sturdy and is not definitely the cause. Neither is the back seat!!

Help me its driving me crazy and even if I cant fix it I HAVE to know whats causing it..

I've got it too Speakers make it vibrate....kinda annoying. just need to track it down

I love the car sound so much I dont use the stereo system that often and the banging noise is still there over the bumps even when the speakers are off.

Dealer wouldnt know how to fix it I am sure.. hopefully someone will come to my rescue..
