What you see in the picture - socket only, no inline fuse or connector. Used in a 2007. It's no longer on Amazon so I can't say what other years it will fit. Blue led light when power applied. Second picture shows the front better. Free for pickup in Portland, Oregon.

lol - yessir, inline fuse. The replacement is already installed in the photo. It's Cllena Toyota USB Charger for Toyota Switch Plant with 4.2A 5V Dual USB Power Socket Blue Light (2.1/2.1A) from Amazon. The documentation wasn't clear on the old one and my assumption is that each socket was limited to 1A each. I wanted to be sure I have 2.1A on each socket including when they are both in use. Seems like my kids always jump in with almost dead phones and I've been using Waze. With Waze and sometimes Bluetooth running, 1A is enough to keep the phone battery from draining but it's not enough to charge at a reasonable rate.
Just a quick tip for those doing this mod. It bugged me that the gloss black didn't match the dash, so I found that the front cover of the USB unclips easily. So I sprayed it with satin black paint and it matches much better. It does cover the USB symbols though...
Am I correct in assuming you just tapped into the cigarette lighter for power?
