i don't really think videos will help too much over the books. most everything you can learn by opening up your computer case. if you don't have access to any laser printers, then a video may help you visually identify things more clearly. keep in mind though that the exam will not have any videos, so if you can learn from the diagrams and concepts in the book with some hands on practice with real computers and printers, you will do fine. i believe they still ask DOS and UNIX questions so those will be a little bit harder if you have never been exposed to those operating systems.

Thanks for youre comments, i also think that i can get the best knowlage from books, because they have the most complete information, but the thing is that i pay more attention if some one is talking to me kind of like a class, but without going to a class in person, you see what im saying??, then i can complement it with the books.. i saw a couple of videos online and found them pretty informative, and i actually payed attention, but a whole set cost like 500 bucs.., so i gladly give up some of my mods for those videos..
I don't have any videos handy, but I did teach this professionally for a few years. I can recommend a few handy things to watch out for.
1. Know your CPU's by sight, by pin count, by socket name, and by general description
2. Know your RAM - same things as above
3. Know your networking - can you calculate a netmask, a subnet, a broadcast address and all of that easily? Can you tell if a router is in your subnet or not from 2 IP's and the netmask?
4. Know your net specs. 10-Base### - all of them even the old crappy ones
5. Know and understand the "7 Steps of a Laser Printer". Be able to diagnose from an explanation of symptoms
Good luck and feel free to PM me with any questions. I taught at multiple tech training centers all over the country; A+, MCSE (NT4 days), CCNA and all kinds of Linux and Unix classes. I am currently interviewing for a new "road warrior" training position with Red Hat, wish me luck!

The only questions that threw me for a loop was about scsi, I hated scsi. But right now I have 4 SAS drives in raid 0, old technology some times rocks when paired with new.
Other than that the OS side was super easy. I took it about 6 years ago though, I don't know how much it has changed.

I know what you mean, i took a preparation test just to see how i was, and the SCSI questions were all over...
