Re: newbie in NorCal

Thank you all for the warm welcomes. I guess it is time to get her dirty. When is the next trail run?

I never thought about the valet key thing like that before. It makes sense about the whole house keys thing. I just wish the glove boxes in our cars locks for obvious reasons.

I'm in the San Bruno area. What about everyone else? Where is everyone from? Oh and also, where is a good cheap place to get stickers made?

So I am going to plan a run this Sunday to Frank Raines OHV. I will post another thread about that. Stickers if you have a design or something you want done the guy who is doing mine can do vinyl for fairly cheap and whatever else you want done. I have been posting up some collbrative designs with others in the sticker thread. Might want to post your ideas up there or pm me and I can get you in touch with my guy who does the vinyl.

Welcome to the forum!

A valet key is used so that you don't leave your regular keys. Most people have their house key and vehicle key on the same ring. If a valet has the house key on the ring, they can make a copy of the key and then get the address from the registration on the vehicle. Now they have access to the house without having to break in
Yeah! I'd rep ya, but I'd get banned!

Welcome, Casper

Re: newbie in NorCal

the valet key should come with velcro, so you can put it behind your license plate. if not, you can easily buy some from home depot. so where abouts in san bruno do you live?

welcome!
