Channel 24 please, lease confusion

The One and Only Official Norcal-vs-Socal Thread March 28-30

Were going to be at Chuchupate campground Friday night, come out. Hungry valley has camping, but unless you have a motorhome, it gets noisy and windy.

Me too and if anyone has FRS I'll be on the NorCal band 7.31

OK if it wasn't "The NorCal Band", it is now.

Re: Anyone going to Hungry Valley this week end???

I'm still on the fence about this.

Doesn't sound like very many people are going and cost is going to be at least $150 for a room for 2 nights and about $200 RT (640 miles/13 per mile gas @ $4 a gallon for premium), which is about $350 excluding meals, booze, etc. Since it looks like most of the people who are planning to go are only going to be there Saturday, I may drive down Friday night to meet up w/whoever's on the trail and/or at the get together at the Los Pinos Restaurant on Saturday and then do the Badlands Adventure clinic on Sunday.

Won't decide until tomorrow ... but will let ya'll know by then if I'm going or not.
