FJBruisers (MD/DC/VA/WV/PA/NJ/DE etc)

All my DC metro area peeps,

So far we have 24 people in our "unofficial" off-road club the FJBruisers. If you wanna join in our email loop, PM me.

We use this email loop to talk about FJC's, off-roading and trail get-togethers. We are based in the MD/DC/VA/PA/NJ/DE area running out of MD.

In your PM, please tell me your forum name, real name, email addy, location and vehicle description.

See ya,
Rip

I don't know how often I can go due to work and community service commitments (Lake Ridge Lions Club) but I would like to go out on a few trail rides.

We have 43 potential members. No actual members as the $25 annual due has not been collected. I figure many of those 43 will drop off when they hear they have to chip in a bit of money. Then again, we may get a boost in members when they see the kickass coin we are minting for members.

(:

Re: FJBruisers (MD/DC/VA/WV/PA/NJ/DE etc)

I just want to go on record and thank Vaughn in particular, but all of the board members who have gotten this group off to a great start. With all the enthusiasm you guys have shown with web page development, logo design, and some great ideas for future events, this little group, starting as a bunch of strangers that happen to own the same truck, is begining to really come together. As usual, it takes a small group of committed individuals to get the job done, and we all owe you a debt of thanks. Nice effort guys!

By the way...I was thinking...Who was it, exactly, who came up with the "FJ Bruisers" name first??? I seem to recall it was a FEMALE voice who first suggested it over the FMR as we were finishing our first run through Green Ridge......
