Re: Can we organize the N.E?

Howdy Jake. I'm in South Western CT. I'd be up for trying to get us all together when we return to spring. I just had my body mounts done down here this past Thusday. The fab guy did a nice job for me. There is a group from Boston area that has gotten together a couple of times now. I would have joined in but my schedule hasn't permitted me to do so. If you go to the geographical area part of the forums there is some information from the Boston area guys. I can't recall there sigs right now but i'm sure they are there. There is a group trying to get together for Paragon in PA the 31rst of this month. I've got to look back and see if that's still a go. I may try to make that one. Talk to you soon and I'll keep an eye out for you.

Re: Can we organize the N.E?

We had a big meetup in Springfield in January. Also, a few of us went on a snow run with a local toyota offroad club last weekend in Ashburnham, MA.

I generally put any trailruns that are planned up in the trailruns section of the forum. Also check the Trip reports section for past meetups to see what you've been missing :roller':

Re: Can we organize the N.E?

I'd be interested in an organized NE group - there are some great trails all over the Northeast - being in Maine, I am partial to the north woods, but would be into heading south into Mass and CT to mix it up a bit...

Re: Can we organize the N.E?

I am getting by body mount mod done by Rory from Rory's Off-Road Supply. He is alittle north of Harford CT and he will be installing my lift Sunday 3/25. Real nice guy and I got my TC UCAs from him also. He has not quoted a price until he see the mounts.

Re: Can we organize the N.E?

Organizing our own group is not a bad idea, one thing that is a big factor, what kind of knowledge/experience can we pull together. Most of the allready existing groups in the NE have experienced guys leading the trips, so if trail recovery or repair is needed, there are a few people to lead. I'm new to the offroading , so I can't offer more than good company.

Have you gotten on any trails yet, besides the NH farm/hilltop stuff?
