Re: Stereo Installer in NOVA

Looks like the guy is trying to get away with a totally free install on parts that were installed fine. You're giving him money back on parts that were allegedly installed wrong, which I think is fair.
You'll run into a lot more people/situations like this with your new shop. Good luck.

Ditto. Looks like he wants to get out of this for nothing.

You gave him the option of having you fix the problem or getting a significant portion of his payment back. That is totally reasonable. There is no pleasing some people.

Re: Stereo Installer in NOVA

It looks like Atif is trying to satisfy his customer by giving him a really good deal, but the customer is so frustrated that he doesn't want to see anything but red.

BTW - I think it is pretty effed up that Atif's guy didn't install the crossovers. I think it is BS that he didn't think they needed to be in there. I am an audiophile, but know little about this stuff... But, I do know that the crossovers are a must. I think they guy was lazy and didn't feel like installing them. That is uncool. If I was you Atif, I wouldn't use that guy ever again. And, I would do whatever it takes to make it right with this guy.

A problem like this can put a serious damper in your business.

I hope it all works out, because I hate seeing stuff like this.

As I stated in the post he will never work for me again. I am trying to get this worked out, but Mr. Hong isn't returning any of my calls.
