SE PA, Chester County?

Hello everyone,
We just picked up our FJ two nights ago and are looking for some beginner 4wd trails in our area. We are located in Downingtown, PA, but don't mind driving an hour or so to find a place. Obviously, closer is better. Does anyone know if any of the local parks (French Creek, Marsh Creek, etc.) have 4wd trails? Anyone know of any other spots?

Thank you!
Pat

So much of the land around here is posted.

I'll keep looking and maybe we can find some power lines or gameland trails we can wheel for a day without having to head out to the middle of the state and spend the night, not that there is anything wrong with that!

Green Ridge is a bit over 3 hours from us. Way too much to do in a day, would have to be a weekend thing sometime. Hopefully soon.

Re: SE PA, Chester County?

What are the trails like in Green Ridge Park? My FJ is still stock (no sliders, no plates, stock tires). Will my FJ be able to get through these trails? As Robb said, it's far to do in one day, but maybe I'll go for the weekend.

Thanks, KnuckleHead. I'm hoping to come to RC for the FJ event in July.

Re: SE PA, Chester County?

The trails at Green Ridge are easy , that's why were letting the spouses drive on the 10th . It takes me 2 1/2 hours to get to GR , consider it family time . What event are you going to in july at RC ?
