I hear you. At the same time, I just couldn't do the sitting in 10 mph traffic for an hour everyday like all of the commuters from NH.......I'd go insane

Neither could I, that's why I start the morning so early.
Ah ruebarb, I'll bet you're not going to be enjoying the ride when they really get going with de-constructing all of the bridges over 128 (95 to you youngsters) all the way up to Rt. 9.
Way back when, I did my daily commute from Foxboro to Burlington (Middlesex Turnpike), and all it took was a little bit of rain (or 3 snowflakes) and a 45 minute ride turned into a two hour crawl. Even now, the trip from Foxboro to Canton is only 13 miles, but bad weather and/or the over-abundance of morons using I-95, can easily transform the usual 15 minute ride into an hour of quality time with the FJC

Only 15 min commute from Lincoln to Foxboro. Same as from Canton to Fox.
Occasionlly I drive in from the GF's place in boston, then its a leisurely 35 min ride through the back road.
With all the FJ's in the Foxboro area we should try to get a lunch time Offroading session going! Anyone know any trails close by?
There's some mighty nice paths going through the Blue Hills up here in Canton, but I think the DCR boys might get a bit upset if we started wheelin' on them
Failing to find a place to go wheelin' at lunchtime, there is always the option of getting together for a frosty beverage some evening after work just to say "hi" and be able to put a face with the names.

I thought about Blue Hills too, but yeah, I don't like the idea of getting busted, plus the whole having to break in. Their is absolutely no place to wheel around here. But since Foxboro seems to be a Mecca for FJs, getting a drink at the 99 on 140 would work or the sports bar on Rt1 North next to the mini golf.
ha ha I work off of route 1 also, in Dedham, I wouldn't mind joining you guys for a beer but I am only 19. I also though about blue hills, is there really no were around here to go, cause i am to busy wit work and school to travel too far...i get no sleep as is. <---me at work.
