Rausch Creek

Hit up Rausch Creek this weekend with a bunch of good people, 3 of us FJ's and 5 Hummers, This was my first time there and I gotta say "What a freakin blast", Not as much mud as I was hoping but pleanty-O-rocks, the ice made the Green trails seem like blues, we had a few close calls with the ice but only some minor damage when two Hummers decided to kiss, It was a great weekend,
Can't wait to go again, Thanks for getting this together Ryan,

Tom

Re: Rausch Creek

Hey Guys!
It was an awesome trip. Maybe the best and coolest group of folks I've ever been wheeling with. I couldnt take any pics cause we forgot our cam--wish I had remembered the damn thing. Lets get back there real soon (but we'll stay away from trail J if its icy LOL).

Ken--welcome to the forum! Thanks for posting, and thanks for the link--I'll be joining the hummerx forum for sure. Your alpha was killer bro, in fact everyone's H3 was totally bad-a$$ and insanely capable. Great driving, spotting, and teamwork by all.

Re: Rausch Creek

Trail J...LOL! I still get a shudder when I think about how BADLY my ass-end wanted to get ahead of the front of my rig and take me right over the side of that trail!
Didn't take loong to find your guys hangout, so here I came. Figured I'd come and share and see if the Toyota crowd were bashing our rigs. LOL
We had nothing but great things to say about everyone there! Everyone's new once, and who cares what you drive, as long as you get it dirty!
Was really a good team on Saturday! Ryan, you and Yianni did a great job spotting (as well as Glen!), keeping us on trail (more or less...nothing wrong with running a few backwards), and getting everyone back in one piece!
I think our rigs were similar enough in spec (maybe ours a bit longer) that it was a great pairup! Thanks again! I had an awsome time, and look fwd to the next run! Was great meeting all of you!

Talking Re: Rausch Creek

HA HA Guess who? Now I'm here too, man are you guys in trouble . Great run this past weekend. Just reiterating what was already said, great job by everyone. That is what this sport is all about, learning to wheel your rig with good company will bring good times. Can't wait to do it again and see more pictures....Tom and Jack if your girls got any shots post'em if you got'em. I am now a big fan of wheeling with the FJ's.

Re: Rausch Creek

Sorry I missed that. In all my years of wheeling I've never actually seen a hummer off road. Would have liked to see that.
