OK guys, the 8th is on. I have three Rovers coming...we're still waiting to see if Barb is gonna bring her H2 out.
We will have a meeting spot in Wharton somewhere, but anyone that may be interested, we are driving to the spot via the woods itself. Anyone that may wish to join us at the WaWa on the corner of 70 and 539 in Whiting a little earlier, we will hit those old stagecoach roads...
So there ya have it... I will be hooking up with redrover
at the wawa for the stage coach trails... I will update
this with times when available... H3's, Rovers, Jeeps,
and FJ's...

at a 10am meetup at the WaWa for those who want to
trail ride up with possible lake crossing I believe, and
12noon meet time for the Canoe Ramp at Atsion Ranger
station area...
We were out scouting for a way around Jim's Lake yesterday. There are other ways...but many of the trails on our GPS were pratically goat trails, and others are unchallenging, to say the least.
We know what lines are passable at Jim's Lake and the many other "points of interest" for just about any capable stock vehicle....depending on what kind of stock vehicle you have. We ventured out here with modified J**ps in our stock Rover and got through almost everything they could.
If the group isn't too large...we can help everyone on that same line. Last time, by the time it got to the end of the line, the vehicles were no longer following the same line. It's like a game of "Telephone" Ever play that?
So far, there are 4 Rovers and a possibly Duece. Now, I know the Rovers are all into a full day run and night play.
