Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

Is anybody welcome on this get together?. I might want to take a ride and meet follow FJers.. And also am I clear on the location... at cruiser solutions in hamstead NH. I am not going to the summit ,though I'd like too, a little to far this year, maybe next

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

For those of you planning on coming to the potluck, meet & greet. The location is in Henniker NH. Just do a search on the word Henniker it’s the only one on earth. We will P.M. the address and a phone number to those that have confirmed they will be coming.

We will be supplying the Burgers and dogs. More to come.

Re: meet and greet

Meet and Greet May 24th

Hello everyone!

Memorial Day weekend will soon be upon us, and we are finalizing plans. We have a couple of nice trails! Thanks to Stinkyfinger, he has joined me for the last couple of weekends to scout.

Meet 9am
Stock friendly followed by some more advanced trails we will work out the detail the day of….

We will be providing Burgers, (Veggie Too!) and Dogs – and smores for around the fire – we have a large yard with plenty of room for the kids to explore.

What you need to bring:
Plan on bringing your beverage of choice – but as usual no alcohol before or during the run – we will have plenty space to keep your favorite drink cold!
Either munchies of your choice, dessert or a side dish to Burgers and Dogs
Bring your camera – seen deer….and goats!

Tentative schedule:

Everyone meet at our place at-8:30- 9:00 AM.
Leave for trail runs by 9:30
Followed by a cookout around 3PM

NOTE IF YOU CANNOT WHEEL AND WOULD LIKE TO COME JUST FOR THE COOKOUT – JUST BE HERE AROUND 3pm -

V&B.
A PM has been sent out with directions - if you would like to come PM VoltsAndBolts or me!

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

A couple photos.

A motley crew. The 6th truck is tucked in behind.

The only one to actually make it over this hill today.

This section was a little bumpier then this looks. there were a few metal crunches here, nothing major.

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

Thanks for the fun everyone! Had fun despite the couple of hits my rig took. Considering all I got was a little pin stripe on the underside of my slider I think it went well...except for almost rolling backing down the above hill. hahaha

Next time I think I'll get some skids first.

it was great meeting you all, hope we can do it again sometime.
