Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

I am thinking of setting a date for an initial meeting to see where the interest is. The meeting would be here at the dealership, Rockingham Toyota in Salem, nh. OR I will start another thread and have an open topic. I know it's not easy for some of you to get to Salem. What you think?

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

Still in the works. The past month has been really busy for us here at the dealership. Any suggestions as to a meeting date? We will be meeting at our dealership at 354 Main St in Salem, NH 03079. For those who are not to familiar with our location, we are 3 miles of of exit 2 (rt93).

Thanks
Timmy

Hey, are you calling me old?

Yankee Toys is a good club to join. Lots of Land Cruiser with tons of experience wheeling in the Northeast. Plus you get access to both NEA4WDC and EC4WDC land for wheeling.

At this years Falls Gathering, we had 2 FJC's with our small group. They handled the trails well and we ran high end intermediate / low end hardcore trails.

I saw others head out to the stock level trails. So there is a good mix of noobs and more experienced FJC's.

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

How does December 5th sound at 1 pm?

This is pretty much a meet and greet for us and you. We can have a discussion on different options for a club. Keep in mind, the owner is willing to sponsor this "club" so money really isn't a factor ( and of course free to you). I will have on taps, food/ drink, technician, dealership owner and of course me(LOL)! I would like to add this is NOT TO BOOST SALES but to be on the roads to starting a FJ/Toyota club locally with the benefits of being sponsored by a well known Toyota Dealership (Rockingham Toyota).. What do you think?

Thanks
Timmy

Re: New England Summiteer's Get together

Interested, but hard to commit to skipping out of work for a couple of hours mid-day, but the weekends are hard for me too (usually, lots of committments). Could this be end of day (5:00) or early (7:00), on a weekday? That would make it easier for me, but I know from experience it's nearly impossible to please everyone. Good luck!
