So the solution that I may have to do, roadie to the lower 48!

Where are good shops that I can get my gear and get it installed there (NE)?? Please provide links via the web if available.... the mods I'm interested in are in my Sig.

Thanks in advance for the help guys!

On order
Ellis Precision handles (4pc), Ellis Precision battery strap, Wet Okole seat covers (front & rear).

Living north of the border is proving to be tough to get the mods that I want for my Toy(ota).

Re: Help a guy out....

Tough in the northeast to find a "one stop shop" for the fj cruiser.
There is this place in NJ
http://www.ok4wd.com/ that can handle a complete buy and setup, but you will probably have to leave it there for a couple days and order parts ahead of time. It's not the cheapest way of going about modding your fj since they probably don't have the best prices. Check their website it they carry or can special order what you art looking for. They have examples of fj "projects" they have handled.
I don't have personal experience with this place.

Most of us in the NE have done the installs ourselves, or found local shops to do some of the more complicated work. I've used a place in CT named Kash's Garage in Bridgeport to do my Donahoe lift and ARB bull bar install. Reasonable prices and nice guys. Can do most mechanical setups, would go elsewhere for electrical work.

RMS Offroad on Long Island http://www.rmsoffroad.com/ is a place that specializes in 6 in lifts, and are very hard to schedule installs. But they are excellent. If you want it, they can order almost anything for you. It's the scheduling that's a killer for this shop. They aren't cheap but they do quality work.

There might be a couple places further north that some of the members have used, so maybe there will be a closer place for you.

Good luck
