FJ Summit 2008

Anyone close to KC or atleast going through KC on I70 going to Summit 2008? I thought it would be cool or atleast a good traveling piece of mind to travel with a few people to the FJ Summit in July. I plan on leaving Wed. night/afternoon and arriving in Ouray on Thursday afternoon. I am cool with camping and just finding somewhere to crash along the way on Wed. and then getting up to make the rest of the trip on Thur. Also wondering if you were going then where are you staying? Let me know, hopefully we can work something out.

Re: FJ Summit 2008

I'll be on I70 but will leave on Sunday or Monday with an overnite in Canon City before I go to Ouray. I'll start off quite a ways west of you as well.

I should be coming through about 0900 on Tuesday. It's about 9 hours to Colorado Springs from Kansas City. I will stay at a Motel 6 in Colorado Springs. Once I get my vacation OKed at work I will book my motel room. I'm staying at the Best Western in Ouray.
