Body Mount Chop Northeast Region

I'm in newport, RI and am looking to do my body mount chop so I can pick up some bigger tires and not worry about the rub. Any suggestions on where I can get this done by someone who's done it before?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Body Mount Chop Northeast Region

I had my local mechanic do it in Foxboro, MA. Quite a ride from Newport.

No complaints by me, I've know the owner for years, they did my lift install too, fix a skid, ect. It's the only place I'll bring the FJ. I can take a pic and show you what it looks like.

I haven't forgotten, just haven't gotten to it yet. Maybe this weekend, traveling this week, like most.

It's welding that I'm not good at... or did you leave it unboxed?
