Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

Okay, I am on my third set of adhesive stick-ons and still cant get the stupid thing to work in my FJ. Works in the 4runner, so I know the unit is functioning.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

In the driver's glove box with the door closed. Try to keep it on top of all the ****e and it works fine. Oddly found that if you have a magnetic security badge nearby that it will make the EZ sometimes not register.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

On the windshield in front of the rear view mirror so it's not in my range of vision, never had a problem. Little ugly looking from the outside but it works.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

Mine is right above the rear view mirror. No problems with it working.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

This is all the crap I have to have on my window.
1. Department of Defense stickers (Top center)
2. New Hampshire inspection sticker (which has to be in front of mirror)
3. EZpass somewhere (will try the glove box, like that idea if it works)
4. My city now has a sticker required for the recycling center.
5. When I need it I window cup my GPS to the windshield too.

Windshield is getting replaced tomorrow, so I will make placement of the EZ-Pass the first priority when I replace all the stickers.

Thanks

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

Mine is mounted to the lid of the drivers side glove box. No problems at all.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

Mine is mounted between the those three dials(compas temp...) and the windshield where I can't see it. it's not noticeable from the outside either.

Re: Where do you put your EZ-Pass?

I think it works great in the driver's side glove box. Just flip up the lid when you drive through and it's out of site the rest of the time.
