There are a number of ma$$#oles who, like me, are members here. Some of you are from the central part of the state. I already know, or have corresponded with many of you, but probably not all of you -- so I am posting this here (and a few other places) rather than relying on email.

Anyway, me and a couple of buddies are organizing a "pub night" for Central Mass. / Metro. West wheelers so those of us who haven't crossed trails yet can meet each other in person.
It will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 11th at 6:00 PM, at the Horseshoe Pub in Hudson, MA (great beer selection - not too far off I-495 - pretty central).
The invitation is going out to several wheelin' enthusiast groups with members in this area, so we should have a pretty good turnout.
( Or, it could wind up being just the 3 - 4 of us who already know each other pretty well, which would be fine too
)
Note: Anyone can come. You don't have to be from Central Mass. / Metro West. If you want to make the trip and join us, please do.
All I ask is: If you are seriously interested in joining us, please post up. (If we have a lot of interest I will probably need to give the restaurant a heads-up.)

P.S. Some of you may recall I tried this last fall and it fell through. At the time I was limiting my invitations to FJC owners and we just didn't generate enough interest. This year the invite is going out to several clubs and the event will be held no matter what. It will be a great chance to meet people who like to take their trucks off-road and "talk shop."
