Re: Cruisin' The Woods 2006

Hopefully so. I know when I called Kyle he was very pumped to hear another 'civilian' FJ was coming. Of course I'm hoping he isn't a cynical guy with a videocam waiting to publish FJ carnage Sunday night. He assured me there would be alternate routes around the toughest obstacles and to tell the spotters of your abilities (or lack thereof like me) and they'll advise accordingly. Still, the driver has the ultimate responsibility for safe passage, so it was considerate of them to accommodate those of us not wanting to become famous.

I, uh, was planning on just sleeping in the FJ. If I had to, I was going to bum a parking spot at someone else's campsite, but it is just me, wife and kids staying home. Cold dinner and cold breakfast for me, then hit the trails early am!
yeah, I'm solo this weekend too. However, if I can have some luxury, I'll take it! I'll plan on making a big pot of spagetti on Saturday night to feed orphans.

Nice for RokCrawlinToy to make it official: http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forum...052#post187052

Also about dinners: I believe the FJ Trail Team is feeding people on Friday night, and the Cascade Cruisers will serve on Saturday (or so says the schedule). So, I'm just bringing breakfast, lunch and backup food.

Re: Cruisin' The Woods 2006

Have fun everyone, I'll be at Sandlake this weekend. So if anyone makes it just a wee bit further down the road feel free to come play at the lake. I'll be the only Sun Fusion, no roof rack, black bumpers, white grille. Ahhhh.....

I got permission to fly home tomorrow. My plane doesn't touch down till 5:30 (assuming no delays). We haven't registered yet, but we are going to try and show up.

Nice 'Hex!

I've got the trailer on the rig and will try and sneak out of work at 4-ish... This will be fun!
