Talking The Wave Back in OR....

"17 Wave Hellos to other FJ owners around PDX and not one Wave Back yet. When I hit 20 and no Waves, I give up! Then it's the finger instead. "

If I see ya I will wave...I have seen so many FJs around this town and I wave at everyone, sometimes its hard to see since my windows are almost blacked out.

Some people just stare like they are judging your FJ....saying mine is way better than yours!

Oh well!

Its good to live in a city were almost every damn day I see an FJ!!!!

Re: The Wave Back in OR....

Hey, I wave!! When I am in my work truck, I do not wave 'cause I would look stupid, you would not who I was nor why I was waving. But in my FJ, I wave.

Re: The Wave Back in OR....

Well, if you do wave back it will be a first for me. I even have waved out the window. No luck. Just one wave is all I ask. A nod even.

I'll be out your way in about three weeks to pick up my Tentrax trailer. If you see a VooDoo with Florida plates and a lunatic flappin' his arm out the window...it's me!

Re: The Wave Back in OR....

I see FJ's all over Portland also. I've probably had maybe 3 wave backs total. I will always acknowledge another FJ, getting an answer back is a rare thing around here.

I have my windows down most of the time or you can see me wave out the front windshield.

Re: The Wave Back in OR....

I've gotten a few wave backs. Even got a wave from a FJ 40. A lot of people I see in FJs are, uh, how do I put this nicely, way out of Toyota's target market. I don't think they'll ever wave...
