Traffic was awesome on Hwy 9 this morning... It was closed coming through the Snohomish Valley and opened up at Cathcart Way. Perfect.... I live off of Cathcart way. Took me only 15 minutes to get to work, usually takes 30. But the people up in Lake Stevens are haten life right now.
I haven't heard but does anyone know if the levee broke on the Snohomish River???

We are mostly dry in Boise, but we are getting the winds from your storms - very erratic and powerful.... like microbursts without the rapid temperature changes. I feel for you guys - TIME TO RAISE THOSE BREATHER TUBES!!!
Looks like an old FJ almost took a swim from the rain:
Caption from the Seattle Times: As a Toyota Land Cruiser teeters on the concrete, Mike Lovell cautiously examines where the Raging River — swirling just beyond the doors — destroyed the floor of friend Mike Nichols' garage. Nichols' house used to be more than 70 feet from the river before floodwaters rose on Tuesday.
