Request - Updated Seattle Area Service Shops

Its a new year....

After searching and sorting, I really didn't get the best or most current info I wanted for a Wetstern WA Seattle, Renton, Auburn (Middle Earth - lol) area list of shops that folks are using.....Reputable ones at least.....

I am too chicken to do my own Tranny Fluid change (Really, I moved recently and cant find all my tools in my full garage - sigh) and need a shop.

List here?

Thanks all....

Re: Request - Updated Seattle Area Service Shops

we try to have get togethers once a month. though not as often during the winter months.

usually when enough folks have something to work on is when we will get one scheduled. if we have an indoor facility during the cold months is what clinches it...

Re: Request - Updated Seattle Area Service Shops

I'm going to purchase some Bilstein 5100 shocks in the next two weeks, but I'm really nervous about doing the install myself. I will probably have to take it to Auburn Off Road...

Re: Request - Updated Seattle Area Service Shops

A new year, and continued thanks for your patronage and referrals.

I am John, owner of Auburn Car Repair & Offroad. I can't discuss pricing in public as I'm not a national vendor here, but I give everybody off the forum a discount. Normal auto repair & maintenance as well as aftermarket parts and their installation. I know some of you travel a long ways to allow us to service your vehicles, and I do appreciate it. Many times, I have a service loaner available if your appointment is scheduled ahead of time. I'll also be watching the schedules for upcoming mod days, as I'd love to host one again, although I'll be in SOCAL 2nd week in February for King of the Hammers.

You do realize that it's federal law that you do not have to have your maintenance performed at the dealer to maintain your warranty, correct?
