Ok, as it stands now I will be coming and a friend will be coming along. He has a Tundra. (Looks like I will get a chance to use my new winch)

I have reservations at the best western, but I may end up renting a house.


Do we have a schedule of runs and get togethers setup yet?

There are no "runs". We coordinate at a parking lot at a predetermined time and then we follow the leader. Several FJ'ers have experience and usually take the lead. Of course, folks will break off and do their own thing too.

As we get closer we will have a list of phone numbers to hand out for calling for help if you get into trouble on your own.

It's pretty free as to what happens.

Night runs should happen if we can get any of the leaders to volunteer. Night runs were the most fun!

On this note, if you are *not* at the parking lot when people leave and just figure on finding the group and showing up late.... it can take awhile. The playground is vast and exceeds crappy CB range.

Do we have times for meeting up each day? and where?

Also anyone use (MURS) channels? I have a dual band radio, but no license yet; so I can only use these channels.
